At the SYNERGY HomeCare of Tampa Bay team in Land O´Lakes we are currently seeking dependable and compassionate Bilingual Caregivers, HHAs, or CNAs (including newly certified professionals) to provide quality in-home care services to clients in Land O' Lakes, FL, Florida.

Qualifications:

At least 3 months of experience (does not require to be certified)
CPR certification (up to date)
Level 2 Background screening for the AHCA roster (up to date)

Fluent Spanish and English
Flexible availability
Able to run errands and Transport patients
Hoyer lift and Gait belt experience (preferred)

Responsibilities:

Follow care plans and communicate any client changes
Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, etc.)
Light housekeeping and meal preparation
Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with mobility and transfers
Availability to run errands and transport clients to appointments
