Responsibilities: 

  • Provide oversight and direction to the clinical team assigned to the unit.

  • Make rounds with physicians, as necessary.

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, family members, staff, and medical tea.m

  • Review care plans daily to confirm that appropriate care is being rendered.

  • Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly

  • Other notable projects and duties, as assigned.

  • Primary Series of COVID Vaccination Required

  • Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in Rhode Island.

  • A nursing degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.

  • Five (5) or more years of nursing experience required;

    • Two (2) years or more years of experience as a supervisor in a nursing care center, hospital or other related health care center. 

 

 Range: $79,000 - $114,400.00 per year
