RN Supervisor - Port Washington, New York

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced RN Supervisor to join our leadership team at the Sands Point Center for Health & Rehabilitation. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of care for our residents while maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to Residents and their families

• Maintain documentation of Resident care services by auditing Resident and department records

• Create appropriate care plans for residents

• Handle all supervisory duties for assigned units, including overseeing LPNs and CNAs that report to you

• Help establish and implement employment policies and procedures

• Maintain the standards of care for the units

• Review Resident records and quality of care

• Monitor overall care and review individual Residents' cases

• Address questions or complaints brought forward by Residents or their families

Requirements:

• Valid RN license required

• 2-4 years management experience

• Long-term Care experience preferred

• Knowledge of City, State, and Federal regulations pertaining to licensed skilled nursing facilities

Additional Information:

• This is a part-time and full-time position, with the possibility of full-time nights

• Salary: $60 hourly
