What you'll do

· Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff, ensuring high-quality care delivery.

· Oversee and coordinate resident care plans, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.

· Conduct regular assessments of residents' health status and update care plans as needed.

· Act as a resource for nursing staff, providing guidance and support.

· Assist in training and orientation of new employees.

· Handle any emergencies or issues that arise during shifts, following established protocols.

· Perform other duties as required to provide exceptional care to each resident.
