Annual Compensation: $105,851 – $158,766 What You’ll Do Lead systemwide caregiver and patient safety programs, including safe patient handling, workplace violence prevention, Culture of Safety, and Cause Analysis initiatives. Design and execute enterprise safety strategies aligned with PeaceHealth goals, regulatory requirements, and best practices. Serve as a trusted subject matter expert, supporting governance committees, councils, and workgroups across networks. Partner with leaders at all levels—including executive leadership—to influence culture change and reduce harm.
