Job Description: Vivo Healthcare Lakeland is looking to hire full-time,  Wound CareNurse (RN) to work at our skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities of the Wound Care Nurse (RN)

  • Ensure that all nursing services personnel are following their respective job descriptions.

  • Participate in the maintenance and implementation of the Facility’s quality assurance program for the Nursing Services Department.

  • Provide wound care to residents and document 

  • Round with wound care physician

  • Update wound reports

Requirements of the  Unit Manger (RN) Registered Nurse

  • Long Term Care experience is highly preferred.
  • Wound Care certification preferred.
  • Must be a graduate of an approved nursing or practical nursing program.
  • Must possess and maintain a current Florida license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Must be able to move, lift, and position patients.
  • Valid CPR from the American Heart Association
