RN/LPN Supervisor

Monday to Friday 3:00p-11:30p

Cedarbrook Health & Rehab in Fort Myers, Florida is seeking a compassionate and experienced RN/LPN Supervisor to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a vital part of our facility, you will oversee the daily operations of our nursing department, ensuring exceptional patient care and exceptional outcomes. Responsibilities:

Supervise and mentor a team of nurses, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care
Coordinate daily nursing activities, including medication administration, wound care, and treatment plans
Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify areas for professional growth and development
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facility policies and procedures
Maintain accurate records and reports, including progress notes and incident reports

Requirements:

Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Florida
0 years of experience as a RN/LPN supervisor or in a related leadership role
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations

What We Offer:
