As an RN Clinical Supervisor (Home Health), you will partner with the Clinical Director and Branch Director to plan, coordinate, and evaluate patient-centered care. Time is split between the office and the field, providing clinical guidance to home care field staff and supporting patient care consisting of pediatrics and adults. Your Stethoscope Checklist: Take, review, and convert home care referrals Oversee all client care services Assess patients, develop plans of care, coordinate services, and manage discharge planning Complete client admissions and pre-admission visits Ensure compliance with agency policies and local, state, and federal laws and regulations Complete required paperwork for insurance reimbursement and clinical record documentation Participate in a shared on-call rotation Interview and hire clinical staff Evaluate and confer with clinical team members Your Prescription Pad: Active, unencumbered RN license in Nevada 2+ consecutive years as a working RN, including at least 1 year in home health 1+ year of supervisory experience Pediatric experience 1+ year of Gtube experience (plus trachs and vents preferred) IV/infusion skills a plus Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred Salary: $75K - $90K #INDCORP #LI-MF1
