As a Per Diem RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients, while collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to our residents, including assessments, medications, treatments, and education

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care
