About the Role:

As a Weekend Registered Nurse - PA, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care on our weekend shifts. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that our residents and patients receive the best possible outcomes. Your expertise and compassion will be crucial in creating a warm and welcoming environment that fosters healing and growth.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and conducting vital signs
Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Monitor and report patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes
Document patient information accurately and timely

Requirements:

Current PA RN license
Weekend shifts, with flexibility to work varied hours, including some evenings and holidays
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Experience in geriatric and rehabilitation care, with a focus on creating a positive patient experience
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds, with frequent standing, walking, and climbing
Demonstrated commitment to excellence in patient care, with a focus on empathy, compassion, and respect
