Mountainview Healthcare Center is offering a rewarding opportunity for Registered Nurses (RNs) through our Baylor Program. Work just three 12-hour shifts each weekend (36 hours total) and receive full 40-hour pay plus benefits.

Shift Availability:

  • Weekend Baylor Program (Friday–Monday)
  • Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (36 hours)
  • Paid as a full 40-hour workweek

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver skilled and compassionate nursing care to residents
  • Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
  • Supervise and support CNAs and other staff members
  • Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes
  • Ensure compliance with nursing policies, standards, and regulations

Requirements:

  • Active PA RN license in good standing
