Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with facility leadership to oversee daily nursing operations and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

  • Provide strong clinical and professional guidance to nursing staff, fostering a culture of respect, accountability, and continuous growth.

  • Manage staffing levels effectively to maintain exceptional care while minimizing overtime.

  • Lead with integrity by setting the standard for quality, compassionate care and supporting staff through coaching and mentorship.

  • Participate in performance improvement and quality assurance initiatives to enhance resident outcomes.

  • Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and retaining top nursing talent.

Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New York.

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).

  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Proven ability to motivate and inspire teams in a fast-paced environment.
