Key Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership & Oversight
Provide leadership for all resident care services and clinical operations within the community.
Participate in resident assessments, move-ins, and service plan reviews in compliance with community policy and state regulations.
Review resident health records, monitor weights, and ensure timely response to changes of condition.
Maintain updated internal service plans and ensure staff implement care appropriately.
Document key resident updates daily in the community communication log to ensure seamless coordination between care teams.
Medication Management
Oversee all medication delivery systems to ensure safety, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
Verify physician orders, MAR transcription, and PRN parameters, ensuring clear instructions are available for Med Techs.
Review and resolve daily missed medication reports to ensure proper administration.
Qualifications & Skills
Unencumbered RN license in the state of employment.
3+ years of progressive clinical leadership experience in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care.
Proficiency with EMRs, MARs, and Microsoft Office Suite, regulatory compliance, and medication management.
Strong working knowledge of state licensing survey processes.
Experience coaching, mentoring, and building high-performing clinical teams.
