Position Summary

The LPN/RN is responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care while supervising and supporting nursing assistants. This role ensures residents receive safe, effective, and individualized care in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and regulatory standards.


Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

Active Illinois LPN or RN license (in good standing)
Current CPR certification
Long-term care experience preferred but not required
