The RN Home Health provides evidence-based, patient-centered care at the patient’s place of residence, using critical thinking and decision-making skills. Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Completion of nursing program Licensure/ Certification: IL or MI RN Licensure depending on work location.
