The RN Home Health provides evidence-based, patient-centered care at the patient’s place of residence, using critical thinking and decision-making skills. Overview POSITION SUMMARY: The Licensed Practical Nurse utilizes physiological, psychological and spiritual knowledge to care for a variety of patients.
