Location: Valhalla, NY 10595
Schedule: 7 days per week, Split Shift (Required)

  • Morning: 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Evening: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Introduction

UniversaCare is seeking a skilled, compassionate, and clinically sound caregiver to support a private client in Valhalla, NY. This is a long-term, live-out position for a professional caregiver who is confident with personal care and enjoys providing attentive, respectful support.

Job Description

The caregiver will provide consistent, high-quality care across morning and evening shifts. This role requires reliability, empathy, and professionalism in delivering daily support and companionship.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with personal care and daily living activities
  • Support mobility and maintain a safe environment
  • Prepare light meals/snacks as needed
  • Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities
  • Monitor and report any changes in client’s condition

Qualifications

  • Prior caregiving experience preferred (professional or personal)
  • Strong communication skills and patience
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly
  • Must be punctual and reliable
  • Willingness to commit to a split-shift schedule
