Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices, maintaining a safe and compliant environment. Skills: Valid RN license and current registration in NY. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution. Experience in group home, long-term care, or similar settings preferred. Strong clinical skills, with a focus on assessment, planning, and implementation of nursing care. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Current CPR and First Aid certification required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexible schedule to adapt to varying needs and individual requirements.
