Nurse Qualifications (LPN/RN)

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program

  • Active, unencumbered North Carolina LPN or RN license

Nurse Job Responsibilities (LPN & RN)

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans

  • Administer medications, complete assessments, provide wound care, and maintain accurate documentation

  • Supervise and support the day-to-day nursing activities of Nursing Assistants

  • Monitor resident conditions and promptly report any changes to physicians and leadership
