Job Description:

Mountain Ridge Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, located in Black Mountain, NC, is a Long-Term Care facility that provides quality care to our residents. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide supervision of staff and safeguard the health, safety, and welfare of all Residents under your care by following applicable laws, regulations, and established nursing policies and procedures.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans for Residents.

  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.

  • Monitor and report changes in Residents' conditions to the Director of Nursing and other healthcare professionals.

  • Participate in resident care conferences and other interdisciplinary team meetings.
