About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse, including assisting with daily living activities, mobility, and transfers

  • Monitoring patient vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff

  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients and staff

  • Documenting patient information accurately and timely

  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans for patients

Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Help patients with mobility and transfers, including using equipment like wheelchairs and walkers

  • Monitor and report patient vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation

  • Participate in care conferences and multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and progress

Requirements:

  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Oklahoma

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
