About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with Aspire Senior Living Warsaw, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents, promoting their overall well-being, and supporting our team in delivering top-notch care services. Your Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) duties will include:

  • Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Providing physical and emotional support to residents

  • Maintaining accurate and detailed documentation of resident care

  • Collaborating with our nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans

  • Ensuring a safe and clean environment for our residents

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Requirements:

  • Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Missouri.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Ability to work holidays and weekends as needed

  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with assistance
