Unit Manager Duties & Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate nursing care for residents on your unit.
Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and state regulations.
Provide leadership, training, and support to nursing staff.
Monitor residents’ health, address concerns, and communicate with families.
Maintain accurate documentation and oversee quality assurance.

Unit Manager Qualifications & Requirements:

Valid LPN license in the state of New Jersey.
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best nursing practices.
