Caregiver Responsibilities

Provide compassionate non-medical in-home care
Assist with ADLs/IADLs, personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
Medication reminders
Offer companionship and emotional support
Assist with mobility and safe transfers (training provided)
Support transportation needs for appointments and errands
Help with light housekeeping and meal prep
Build trusting relationships with clients and families
Follow personalized care plans and communicate updates with the care team

Qualifications

Experience in senior care, elderly care, or veteran care preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Dependable, responsible, and able to work independently
Flexible schedule and adaptability to client needs
Must meet California Home Care Aide (HCA) requirements
Agree to Background check
