We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Aspire Senior Living New Florence. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at our community, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and daily living support to our residents.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist residents with medication administration and vital sign monitoring
• Maintain accurate records of resident care and communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals
• Promote a positive and respectful environment for residents, families, and staff
• Participate in resident care planning and implementation

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Requirements:

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with a current certification in the state of Missouri

• Active CPR certification
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
