Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Leadership: Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff on night shift, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care and treatment.

  • Staff Development: Supervise and mentor a team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve performance.

  • Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the night shift, ensuring that all clinical and administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

  • Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

  • Communication: Maintain open communication with the nursing team, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and collaboration.

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Requirements:

  • Licenses and Certifications: Active Florida RN license, current CPR certification

  • Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience as a registered nurse
