Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced RN Supervisor to join our team at Terraces of Lake Worth Care Center in Lake Worth, Florida. As an RN Supervisor, you will play a vital role in leading our nursing team to provide exceptional care to our residents. This is a part-time opportunity working every other weekend.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and direct the activities of the nursing staff to ensure quality patient care
Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents
Monitor and report on resident conditions, progress, and concerns
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care
Provide training and education to staff members
Maintain accurate records and reports
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective care
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Requirements:

Current RN license in the State of Florida
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Skilled Nursing Facility
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Compassion, empathy, and understanding of the needs of seniors and their families
