Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Summary:
Excelcare at Troy Hills is hiring compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our skilled nursing team in Parsippany, NJ. This is a great opportunity to work in a long-term care setting where your support directly improves residents’ quality of life every day.

CNA Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility

  • Provide comfort, companionship, and emotional support

  • Monitor residents and report changes to nursing staff

  • Document care, food/fluid intake, and observations

  • Maintain clean, safe, and respectful living environments

  • Transport residents within the facility

  • Support nurses and care team as needed

CNA Requirements:

  • Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in New Jersey

  • Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred

  • Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented

  • Strong communication skills
