What We’re Looking For

We are hiring caregivers with:

  • 1+ year of professional caregiving experience (home care, assisted living, memory care, or skilled nursing)

  • Experience assisting with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting, transfers)

  • Comfort working with dementia clients

  • Strong communication skills with families

  • Reliability and professionalism

Bonus if you have experience with:

  • Gait belts & safe transfers

  • Hospice support

  • Parkinson’s care

  • Stroke recovery

  • Fall prevention

  • Companion support with structure & engagement

What You’ll Do

  • Provide hands-on personal care assistance

  • Support clients with mobility and transfers

  • Assist with medication reminders

  • Prepare meals and light housekeeping

  • Provide companionship and meaningful engagement

  • Observe and report changes in condition

  • Communicate professionally with families and office team

Requirements

  • 1+ year caregiving experience required

  • CNA/HHA certification preferred (if applicable in your state)

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Ability to pass background check

  • TB test (if required)

  • Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients safely

  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
