Proficient understanding of PDPM and clinical documentation requirements. Ability to build positive relationships and work cooperatively with an interdisciplinary team. A willingness to both learn and teach, with adaptability to make changes when needed. In-depth experience and knowledge with PDPM and CMI as related to Medicare and Medicaid service reimbursements.
