Job Summary:

Join our team at Chestnut Park Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, a 80-bed sub-acute rehabilitation and nursing facility nestled in the foothills of the Catskill Mountains. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide hands-on care and daily support to our residents while assisting the nursing team in delivering high-quality care. Job Details:

  • Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

  • Shifts Available: Day, Evening, Night (subject to availability)

  • Location: Oneonta, NY

  • Pay Range: $18.50-$26/hour (based on experience, shift, and benefit status)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate resident care under nursing supervision

  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and hygiene

  • Pass meal trays, assist with feeding, and monitor food and fluid intake

  • Observe residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff

  • Transport residents safely throughout the facility

  • Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe living environment

Qualifications:

  • Completion of a state-approved CNA training program

  • Current NYS CNA certification in good standing

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team

  • Compliance with Department of Health regulations

  • Reliable, compassionate, and resident-focused
