Ensure the unit is adequately stocked with necessary medical supplies to prevent shortages and ensure smooth operations. Advocate for the unit’s interests to upper management and collaborate in addressing issues as needed. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in long-term care (preferred). At least 1 year of experience in a Unit Manager role (preferred). Valid RN License required. Basic computer skills for documentation and communication. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.
