We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Unit Manager (RN) to join our team in providing high-quality care for residents in our long-term care facility. This role is perfect for an Unit Manager (RN) who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of the elderly and enjoys a rewarding work environment with a strong team dynamic.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver nursing care to residents, including medication administration and routine treatments
Assist in developing and following individualized resident care plans
Provide support and guidance to residents and families
Document care activities accurately and thoroughly

Qualifications:

Active & good standing Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri
Prior experience in a long-term care setting preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
