Caregiver Full-time

Job Summary:

Home Matters Caregiving is seeking passionate caregivers to provide exceptional care and companionship to seniors in their homes. As a caregiver with our organization, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients and grow professionally with our team-oriented culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute client care plans and document daily activities

  • Assist clients with activities of daily living

  • Provide clients with household assistance, including food preparation, laundry, and light housekeeping

  • Provide clients with personal care assistance, including hygienic care, mobility assistance, and medication assistance

  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Preferred to have at least 1 year of caregiving experience with the senior population

  • Must have sufficient communication and language skills to effectively perform duties

Work Environment:

  • Client homes

  • Skilled, Independent, and Assisted Living Communities

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to lift 50 lbs. using safe, ergonomic movements

  • Able to stand, walk, reach, crouch, use hands and fingers

  • Able to talk, hear, and see

  • Physically and mentally able to drive a vehicle

Compensation:

  • Job Type: Full-time/Part-time

  • Pay: Starting at $17.00 per hour, depending on experience
