Day Shift Caregivers Needed – 12-Hour & Weekday Schedules

Right at Home Boulder is urgently hiring Caregivers, CNAs, and Home Health Aides for day shift positions (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM) in Boulder and Lafayette. If you’re looking for consistent daytime hours, weekly pay, and meaningful one-on-one care, this is the perfect opportunity.

Caregiver Pay & Benefits

$19–$23/hour (based on experience & certifications)
Weekly pay (every Friday)
+ $2/hr weekend differential
12-hour day shifts (8a–8p) available

Day Shift Responsibilities

Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
Prepare meals and assist with daily routines
Perform light housekeeping
Support mobility and safe transfers
Transport clients to appointments and errands
Provide medication reminders

You’ll work one-on-one with clients, allowing you to build strong relationships while delivering high-quality care.

Caregiver Requirements

1+ year caregiving experience preferred (CNA, HHA, PCA, or caregiver)
Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance
Ability to use a smartphone for scheduling & communication
Ability to pass a background check
