Overnight Caregiver Pay & Benefits

Overnight Caregiver Responsibilities

Monitor client safety and well-being overnight
Provide companionship and reassurance
Assist with personal care as needed
Support mobility and safe transfers
Help with light housekeeping and basic meal prep
Provide medication reminders and routine care

You’ll provide one-on-one care in a calm overnight environment, allowing you to focus on quality care and meaningful connections.

Caregiver Requirements

1+ year caregiving experience preferred (CNA, HHA, PCA, or caregiver)
Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance
Ability to use a smartphone for scheduling & communication
Ability to pass a background check
Must be able to stay awake and attentive during overnight shifts
