Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to patients/residents requiring long-term and/or rehabilitative care

• Plan and deliver nursing care using guidelines established by the Nurse Practice Act

• Facilitate policies and procedures while exercising sound nursing judgment

• Direct and supervise care provided by other nursing personnel

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient care goals

• Document patient care and share information with other healthcare professionals

Requirements:

• LPN licensure in the state of Maryland

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to work every other weekend

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
