Job Title: Full-Time LPN (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)

Location: Nursing Home / Long-Term Care Facility

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team for the 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM full-time shift. The LPN will provide quality nursing care to residents while ensuring compliance with facility policies and state regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

  • Monitor and document residents’ health status.

  • Assist with care planning and resident assessments.

  • Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members.

  • Supervise CNAs and ensure proper resident care.

  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.

  • Respond to resident needs and emergencies promptly.

Requirements:

  • Active LPN license in the state.

  • Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work effectively with residents, families, and staff.

  • Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.

Schedule:
Full-Time – 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
