To support our staff are Clinical Nurse Managers (CNMs) which help with patient care, through put, and assignments. Nurses who are staffed on Kelemen 9 are required to have Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications, which will allow competent and safe care for our complex patient populations. Experience Required Minimum of 2 years clinical nursing experience in an acute care setting, with 1 year of demonstrated leadership abilities. 3-5 years of experience preferred. Education Requirements High School/GED required. Bachelor's Degree required from an NLN accredited school of nursing. License/Certification Requirements NJ-RN: Current NJ RN license.
