Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Provide vital signs, weight checks, and other clinical duties as assigned

  • Support residents with mobility and transfer needs

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care

  • Collaborate with the nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Requirements

  • Must be certified as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Florida

  • Prior experience preferred, but not required

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of resident care
