This role is ideal for a nurse leader who values teamwork, accountability, and resident-centered care. What We’re Looking For Current Florida RN license in good standing Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care experience required Previous supervisory or management experience highly preferred Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills A caring, patient leader who is fair and supportive with staff Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a nursing team Commitment to quality outcomes, compliance, and resident satisfaction Key Responsibilities Supervise and support nursing staff on the assigned unit Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Coordinate care planning and clinical oversight Promote a respectful, positive, and team-oriented work environment Collaborate closely with other Nurse Managers and leadership Serve as a clinical and professional role model Why Join Us?
