Job Summary:

Manatee Springs Care & Rehabilitation, a 120-bed facility located in Bradenton, Florida, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate CNA, LPN, or RN to join our healthcare team's Weekend Program. As a valued member of our staff, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, providing high-quality care and support in a state-of-the-art facility.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring

• Develop and implement individualized care plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

• Maintain accurate and detailed records, adhering to regulatory standards

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff development programs

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes

Requirements:

• CNA, LPN, or RN licensure in the state of Florida

• Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred

• Appropriate certifications or licensures required
