Lake Haven Nursing and Rehab is seeking an experienced and compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing ADON to join our team. The ADON will work alongside the Director of Nursing to ensure the highest quality of care for our residents. This individual will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the nursing staff, maintaining regulatory compliance, and assisting with the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures.

Assistant Director of Nursing ADON Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure efficient and compassionate care delivery.
2. Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement nursing care policies and procedures.
3. Oversee regulatory compliance and quality assurance programs to maintain the highest standard of care.
4. Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of nursing personnel.
5. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive care planning for residents.
6. Monitor and maintain accurate documentation of resident care and medical records.

Assistant Director of Nursing ADON Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a current Florida state license.
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in a long-term care setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to long-term care facilities.
-As need will have to help with Med Pass.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES : Consistent availability by telephone and email during assigned shifts.
