We are actively hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) who are passionate about helping children grow and succeed.

This position works well for two types of candidates:
• Home Health Aides who currently work in home care and want a second job working with children during after-school hours.
• Individuals with past Home Health Aide experience who are looking to apply those caregiving skills in a new professional direction.

Many of the strengths that make someone successful as a Home Health Aide—patience, empathy, reliability, and attention to detail—are the same strengths that make an excellent Behavior Technician.

What We’re Looking For

A passion for working with children and a desire to make a lasting difference.

Willingness to pursue RBT certification within your first few months of employment (required).

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.

Dependability, attention to detail, and the ability to follow clinical guidance.

Interest in building experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Behavior Technician Responsibilities

Work directly with children under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized ABA therapy.

Follow treatment plans designed to improve communication, behavior, and daily living skills.

Accurately record session data and provide feedback to supervisors.

Build strong, consistent relationships with children and families.

Maintain professionalism and compassion in all interactions.

Participate in team meetings and complete required training.
