Team Lead Caregiver Home Health Aide - East Cincinnati

Job Summary:

At Home Matters Caregiving of Cincinnati / Northern Kentucky, we're seeking a compassionate and dependable Team Lead Caregiver Home Health Aide to support our clients in East Cincinnati. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients while enjoying flexible scheduling, a supportive team, and competitive compensation.

Shifts Available:

  • Days, evenings, and overnights

  • Weekday and weekend opportunities

  • Part-time and full-time potential

Pay & Perks:

  • $18-$21/hour (based on experience and availability)

Responsibilities:

As a Team Lead Caregiver Home Health Aide, you'll:

  • Provide companionship and support with daily routines

  • Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, hygiene)

  • Meal prep and light housekeeping

  • Mobility assistance and safety monitoring

  • Complete daily documentation/notes in the system

  • Support the team with urgent call-offs/no-shows during assigned coverage hours

  • Respond professionally to calls/texts/messages during Team Lead coverage

  • Communicate schedule updates and report care concerns to leadership

  • Participate in new client/new caregiver first shifts or shadow visits as assigned

Requirements:

  • 18+ years old

  • 2+ years caregiving experience preferred (personal or professional)

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

  • Ability to pass a background check

  • Must be comfortable using technology/apps for documentation and communication
