Assist Administrator of Care with caregiver/client schedules on the weekends and other hours as needed Update caregiver schedules and tasks in the system. Schedule intros for new hires and new clients for all first shifts via WellSky. Work with management on hiring needs. Be available by phone on days assigned to work. Communication is key with us! Perform other duties as instructed by the Administrator of Care, Executive Director, etc. Participate in new staff orientation, lead by example during new employee shadow shifts, and serve as a responsible leader among the team. Have a smartphone and the ability to use Wi-Fi at home with a company-provided laptop.
