Vital Signs Monitoring: Take and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rates. Documentation: Accurately document all care provided, changes in residents’ conditions, and any other pertinent information in electronic health records. Communication: Report any changes in residents’ conditions or concerns to the nursing staff or supervisor in a timely manner. Supportive Tasks: Assist with feeding, preparing meals, and providing companionship to enhance residents’ quality of life. Infection Control: Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for residents. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including nurses and physicians, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care.
