Key Responsibilities:

• Transport residents to doctors' appointments and provide companionship
• Assist with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, and mobility

• Medication reminders and monitoring for hazards or incidents

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years of age

• Ability to read and communicate at an adequate level to perform essential job duties

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving history
