Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join our team at Memory Care Center at Emerald, a leading skilled nursing facility committed to providing exceptional care to our residents. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.  


Responsibilities: Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene. Assist with feeding, preparing meals, and providing companionship to enhance residents’ quality of life. Accurately document all care provided, changes in residents’ conditions, and any other pertinent information in electronic health records. 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Current certification as a Nurse Aide (CNA) as required by Oklahoma regulations.
