In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This position offers flexibility with scheduling and is ideal for those looking to work on an as-needed basis. Responsibilities: Patient Care: Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and treatments as prescribed by the physician. Monitoring and Assessment: Monitor residents’ vital signs, document their progress, and report any significant changes to the Charge Nurse or Director of Nursing. Communication: Maintain clear and accurate documentation of patient care, communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including RNs, CNAs, physicians, and therapists, to deliver coordinated and comprehensive care. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Current Oklahoma Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License Current CPR certification

In this role, you will provide high-quality, hands-on care while promoting each resident’s comfort, safety, dignity, and overall well-being. Responsibilities: Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene. Assist with feeding, preparing meals, and providing companionship to enhance residents’ quality of life. Accurately document all care provided, changes in residents’ conditions, and any other pertinent information in electronic health records. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required.
