• Assist with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide assistance with daily living tasks, including toileting, incontinence care, and feeding
• Monitor and report resident changes in condition to the nurse or other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of resident care and services
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Promote a positive and inclusive environment that supports the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents

Requirements:

• Active certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Missouri
